Registration is easy!
1. Please see the red tables, below, to select the package that works best for you.
2. Fill out the form below the pricing tables to submit your registration.
3. Once you complete this form, you will be taken to a payment page. You can either choose to pay by check, credit card, or PayPal. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once payment has been received.
 
YOUR SPACE WILL ONLY BE RESERVED UPON FULL PAYMENT.

Children under the age of 18 must bring a parent/guardian if they are staying overnight in the hotel. The parent does not have to register or pay for the camp, but the child must be registered for a private room so that the parent can stay with them.

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when they are not in classes. Parents who are not registered attendees are not allowed to attend classes. There is a sitting area outside the rooms and activities nearby.

PRICING AND PACKAGES

Fantasy Package
Includes opening clinic/concert, four days of classes,
and participation in "Jam Nights."
DOES NOT INCLUDE HOTEL ROOM OR FOOD.

Fantasy Camp Packages
Includes all the same features of the "Fantasy Package" plus
a hotel room at the Hyatt Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
nights, right upstairs from the camp.
Please note: you will be assigned a roommate unless you select the
"private room" package. DOES NOT INCLUDE FOOD.

Class Packages

You can purchase one class, two classes, or four classes.
Each class is approximately three hours in length.You can choose your instructor
and time on the signup form, below.
Class packages do not include hotel rooms. The four-class package includes
one jam night and one ticket to the opening clinic/concert.

REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS

All requests to cancel and for refunds must be made in writing and sent by Certified or Registered U.S. mail, and received by 11:59 p.m. [EST] on June 22, 2013, at:

A $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received on or before June 22, 2013, at 11:59 P.M. [EST]. Refunds will not be issued for any requests received after June 22, 2013, at 11:59 P.M. [EST].

Substitutions of attendees can may be made at any time without charge provided that the same package is being used and the attendees are of the same gender (for hotel room purposes). For a change in the package, or if the new person if of a different gender, additional charges may apply. Space for specific packages and hotel rooms is on a first-to-register basis.

FACULTY AND ENTERTAINMENT
Drum Fantasy Camp reserves the right to offer qualified substitute faculty and entertainment at our discretion in the event of the inability of a faculty member to attend, or other special circumstances, such as an emergency, illness, etc. If any such changes are made, Drum Fantasy Camp will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants by updating our Web site with the most up-to-date information. Attendees are still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee.

CANCELLATION OF EVENT
Drum Fantasy Camp reserves the right to cancel the event at any time at our discretion if deemed necessary due to a lack of participation or any other reason. If the event is canceled, all fees collected by Drum Fantasy Camp will be reimbursed by check. Drum Fantasy Camp is not responsible for reimbursing any travel fees, fees for accommodations not provided by Drum Fantasy Camp, or other expenses.

There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy.

BEHAVIOR

All attendees of Drum Fantasy Camp are required to act respectfully and responsibly to instructors, camp and hotel management, other hotel guests, roommates, and fellow attendees.

Management reserves the right to discontinue any attendee's participation in any and/or all Drum Fantasy Camp's events without refund if management determines that any person's behavior is disruptive or destructive in any manner. In the event management discontinues an attendee's participation, management also reserves the right to discontinue the attendee's hotel reservation that is part of the camp package.

FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY

Attendees are encouraged to take photos at Drum Fantasy Camp, but in a respectful and courteous manner. Photographs may NOT be taken during any classes.

Drum Fantasy Camp allows video recording FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. By filming any part of Drum Fantasy Camp, you agree to NOT post ANY footage on the Internet without prior written approval from the camp.

OTHER INFORMATION

By applying to attend Drum Fantasy Camp, you release and hold us harmless from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with Drum Fantasy Camp. You agree to allow us to use your name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
