**IMPORTANT**

Full registrations are still available, but DO NOT INCLUDE CLASSES
WITH DAVE WECKL. If you register for a whole camp package, you
will get two classes Thomas Lang, Jojo Mayer, Tommy Igoe
and Peter Erskine.

One spot with Dave is still available in both the 1:30pm sessions
on August 12 and August 15. You can purchase these as part of
a one, two, or four class package.

Registration is easy!

1. Please see the red tables, below, to select the package that works best for you.
2. Fill out the form below the pricing tables to submit your registration.
3. Once you complete this form, you will be taken to a payment page. You can either choose to pay by check, credit card, or PayPal. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once payment has been received.

YOUR SPACE WILL ONLY BE RESERVED UPON FULL PAYMENT.

Children under the age of 18 must bring a parent/guardian if they are staying overnight in the hotel. The parent does not have to register or pay for the camp, but the child must be registered for a private room so that the parent can stay with them.

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied at all times. Parents who are not registered attendees are not allowed to attend classes (there is a sitting area outside the rooms and activities nearby).

PRICING AND PACKAGES

Fantasy Package
Includes Wednesday opening clinic, Mike Stern and Friends
concert, four days of classes,  participation in
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday "jam nights."
DOES NOT INCLUDE HOTEL ROOM OR FOOD.

Fantasy Camp Packages
Includes all the same features of the "Fantasy Package" plus
a hotel room at the Hyatt Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, right upstairs from the camp.
Please note: you will be assigned a roommate unless you select the
"private room" package. DOES NOT INCLUDE FOOD.

REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS

All requests to cancel and for refunds must be made in writing and sent by Certified or Registered U.S. mail, and received by 5:00 p.m. [EST] on June 25, 2010, at:

A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received on or before June 25, 2010, at 5:00 P.M. [EST]. Refunds will not be issued for any requests received after June 25, 2010, at 5:00 P.M. [EST].

Substitutions of attendees can may be made at any time without charge provided that the same package is being used and the attendees are of the same gender (for hotel room purposes). For a change in the package, or if the new person if of a different gender, additional charges may apply. Space for specific packages and hotel rooms is on a first-to-register basis.

FACULTY AND ENTERTAINMENT
drumFantasy.10 reserves the right to offer qualified substitute faculty and entertainment at our discretion in the event of the inability of a faculty member to attend, or other special circumstances, such as an emergency, illness, etc. If any such changes are made, drumFantasy.10 will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants by updating our Web site with the most up-to-date information. Attendees are still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee.

CANCELLATION OF EVENT
drumFantasy.10 reserves the right to cancel the event at any time at our discretion if deemed necessary due to a lack of participation or any other reason. If the event is canceled, all fees collected by drumFantasy.10 will be reimbursed by check. drumFantasy.10 is not responsible for reimbursing any travel fees, fees for accommodations not provided by drumFantasy.10, or other expenses.

There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy.

BEHAVIOR

All attendees of drumFantasy.10 are required to act respectfully and responsibly to instructors, camp and hotel management, other hotel guests, roommates, and fellow attendees.

Management reserves the right to discontinue any attendee's participation in any and/or all drumFantasy.10 events without refund if management determines that any person's behavior is disruptive or destructive in any manner. In the event management discontinues an attendee's participation, management also reserves the right to discontinue the attendee's hotel reservation that is part of the camp package.

OTHER INFORMATION

By applying to attend drumFantasy.10, you release and hold us harmless from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with drumFantasy.10. You agree to allow us to use your name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
